Interview questions that are typically asked of business management graduates during job interviews mainly focus on the candidate’s abilities to lead groups, work in a team, delegate tasks and other skills in management. Although interviews cannot be prepared verbatim, there are a few questions that are repeated quite often. Preparing a few of these questions based on your interests and skills will increase your chances of landing your dream job a little easier. Interviewers often ask such questions to get insight into your personality and understand how you would fit into a work environment. If you enjoy sports and other similar activities, be sure to mention that as it shows the interviewer that you are a team player and therefore will fit in well in a team working environment. Of course, it doesn’t matter if you don’t play any sports. Just make sure you don’t lie about what you do as a hobby, because the interviewer probably has years of experience in their field and will be quick to pick up on your lie.

Prepare the answer to this question well because it shows your clarity of thought. Your short term goals should be practical, concrete and achievable while your long term goals should reflect your ambitions, passion and personality.

Business management graduates are asked many hypothetical questions related to leadership skills, time management skills, teamwork, conflict management skills, problem solving skills and other management skills. These questions are asked so that the recruiter can assess your ability to perform in real-life situations and how you will deal with the challenges that will arise in your day-to-day activities.
