The chat widget can direct the conversation to the right department or representative and can send alerts to team members when a new main chat starts. Chiirp can use your existing business phone number or you can get a new local or toll-free number.

Customers text your business and leads are routed to Chiirp Messenger. If a customer responds, you continue through normal business channels. If the customer doesn’t respond, Chiirp lets you automatically send a follow-up as frequently and as far as you want via drip messaging.

You can control the drip campaign rate, for example from frequently at the start to less frequently but regularly in the future. (You also have the option to follow up by voicemail, email, or phone call.)

A Pipeline Builder allows your business to track the flow of leads and trigger the appropriate SMS campaign for follow-up. For example, you can set up automated repeated commercial SMS at your desired frequency (eg monthly, 4x per year, annually) and personalize the messages.

You can also broadcast messages to all your contacts or use filters to send them to selected lists. It is also possible to send pre-recorded voice messages directly to your customers’ mailboxes. After completion of a job, Chiirp can send automated review requests and follow up on repeat business.

The Chiirp mobile app provides two-way texting with customers, the ability to broadcast texting, and the ability to send targeted texting from a mobile computing device.
