PCMI (International Police Claims Management), a leading provider of administration software for the automotive, consumer warranty and service management markets, announced that it has appointed Tom Arnieri Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Tom will be responsible for developing new market initiatives, evaluating new markets and analyzing business opportunities.
For the past ten years, Tom has served as Vice President of Business Development with The Fortegra Group, LLC including Auto Knight Motor Club and Fortegra Automotive Group. Most recently, Tom served as Vice President of Business Development at Smart AutoCare, also owned by Fortegra’s parent company, Tiptree, Inc. In addition to sales and marketing of insurance, underwriting, automobile club and reinsurance services to third party administrators, Tom was also responsible for the development, implementation and management of product programs.
As an established business development manager, Tom has worked within the Automotive Aftermarket the industry for almost two decades with administrators, insurers and as a consultant. Tom’s experience administering service contracts, warranties, and other aftermarket programs provides PCMI with a unique opportunity to tap into his skills to help current and future customers grow their business using the platform.
