A unique opportunity for a senior finance and business management professional to be part of the management team of Northern Ireland’s only professional symphony orchestra!

For over 55 years, the Ulster Orchestra has been at the forefront of musical life and culture in Northern Ireland, with a mission to enrich lives and inspire.

We are currently recruiting a Head of Finance and Business Management to join our leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the business and financial operations of the Ulster Orchestra, including financial strategy and welfare, fundraising, marketing, human resources and day-to-day operations.

You will bring strong business acumen with demonstrable experience in financial management and corporate governance and excellent people management skills. You are committed to upholding and instilling our core values, contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, innovation and shared purpose.
