Small business owners in the South Haven area will be able to take advantage of a series of free workshops offered by the South Haven Area Business Center.
The group, made up of representatives from the City of South Haven, South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce, Lake Michigan College and Greater Kalamazoo Business Resources, formed last year to provide assistance to homeowners small businesses.
The new series of workshops is scheduled from October to December.
The sessions are designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs, young start-ups or existing businesses improve their business acumen, marketing and operations and find new sources of financing and investment to support growth, according to a press release from the South Haven Area Business Center. .
