We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us grow our customer base. You will be at the forefront of the business and have the dedication to create and execute an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to generate sustainable financial growth by driving sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key roles / qualification

  • Drive app download and usage to increase revenue by meeting organizational revenue goals.
  • Develop and improve sales and business development plans through market intelligence, understanding of customer markets (quantitative and qualitative) and competitor analysis
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders for the new release process and post-go-live process.
  • Focus on selling solutions for prospecting and engaging key stakeholders
  • Identify and define needs, articulate value propositions and differentiate the competition.
  • Learn new products, test and verify new features of the PariVest app, and prepare or improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), FAQs and user guides.
  • Oversee the deliverables of planned activities and ensure that objectives are met
  • Represent the organization at events and functions for networking and brand building purposes.
  • Create and present monthly and quarterly operations plans and other
  • Report on sales activity, pipeline development and revenue forecast.
  • Develop the Go to Market strategy for the respective identified targets
  • Acquisition of new customers by direct contact, word of mouth and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Positioning of the organization as a preferred supplier in its service category
  • Provide an in-depth understanding of business strategies and processes, to present insights into how our products and services impact the livelihoods of our target market
  • Participate in networking activities to seek out and make contact with potential customers.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to customers.
  • Development of business proposals and contracts to generate more revenue from customers.
  • Train non-sales staff in the technical and social skills needed to improve sales.
  • Review customer feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor application performance and work with IT to ensure understanding and implementation of new ideas
  • Stay tuned to consumer trends to ensure our offerings remain relevant.

Terms

  • A degree or its equivalent with 2-5 years of work experience in similar roles.
  • A keen interest in fintech and building investments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Proactive with a successful track record of working in a team environment
  • Independent and highly motivated, results oriented with a constant curiosity for growth.
