TimesPro and the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta have launched the Executive Program in Business Management to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to move from functional roles to business experts.
IIM Calcutta’s flagship 12-month business management program, developed for managers and future leaders, will enable learners to adapt to rapidly changing technological and organizational challenges. It will prepare them with new and industry-ready skills to guide their business decisions and help them gain an understanding of the complex socio-economic environment and prevailing ethical challenges.
The Executive Program in Business Management is in its 27th batch and among the flagship programs of IIM Calcutta which includes two immersive on-campus sessions for learners and will be conducted through an Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D). It follows a pedagogy consisting of lectures, case studies, homework, quizzes, project work, etc.
The program will help learners improve their skills by learning subjects such as project management, marketing management, design thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship, business analysis and conducting business in requirements and contingencies, digital transformation and people management, among others.
