Business Development Manager – Asset Finance

Main responsibilities:

  • Introduce the product set to potential new customers.
  • Develop a personal pipeline and deliver against a personal sales goal.
  • Develop long-term relationships with potential customers.
  • Present quality funding requests to internal underwriters or funders in a consistent, honest and complete manner.
  • Monitor regular marketing activities and take appropriate action to continually increase new business and improve quality and service levels.
  • Collaborate with regional groups, companies, introducers and individuals to help increase brand awareness.


As a Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, with responsibility for developing new business in your region, across a variety of products and solutions. This role will suit a highly energetic and driven individual with a proven track record in the UK finance and leasing industry. You have experience in a similar role, you can come in and get to work, and you’re a team player who will fit into the company culture.
