Chesterfield-based bespoke commercial bridging loan provider Bridge Help marked its continued growth in 2022 with the appointment of a new business development manager.
Tina Panayi brings 25 years of business development experience in the financial industry to her new role at the growing short-term finance company.
Besides being an experienced relationship manager, Tina is also a skilled broker. She commented, “As a trained broker, I fully understand client requirements and where Bridge Help can add value to the loan process. It’s an exciting opportunity to be able to use all my skills.
She joins the company’s Business Development Managers team at Bridge Help, where she will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with brokers in England and Wales.
Tina’s career history includes roles with a number of high street lenders including Bank of Scotland, BM Solutions, Aldermore Bank and most recently specialist lender Together Money.
She commented: “I am really looking forward to the challenge of my new role at Bridge Help. As a salesperson I am very passionate about what I do and enjoy adding value to the client’s business and being a bespoke lender where humans make the lending decisions rather than a computer, Bridge Help gives me the opportunity to do so.
Tina’s appointment follows significant growth at Bridge Help in 2021, during which the short-term lender has exceeded its own projections, lending over £23m and is on track to lend £40m. pounds in 2022.
Delighted to welcome Tina to the team, Chris Sellars, Managing Director of Bridge Help, added: “Tina shares the company’s passion for closing deals and delivering a tailored approach to bridge financing. We are thrilled to have her on our side as she helps us continue to develop valuable and lasting relationships with our growing network of brokers. »
Although Tina is a new face of Bridge Help, she is perhaps most familiar to fans of the Channel 4 program Come Dine with Me. In 2009 she appeared on the show with its Greek-inspired menu.
